1. Shipping Zones: We currently offer shipping services within Brunei. We do not provide international shipping at this time.

2. Delivery Options: Customers have two convenient options for receiving their orders: a. In-Store Pickup: Customers can opt to pick up their purchased items from our physical store during our regular business hours. b. Home Delivery: For orders with a total purchase value exceeding $100, we offer free home delivery within our specified delivery areas.

3. Processing Time: Once an order is placed, please allow 3 business days for us to process and prepare your items for shipment or pickup. This time may vary during peak seasons or promotions.

4. Delivery Time: For in-store pickups, your order will be ready for collection within 3 business days after the processing period. For home delivery, our standard delivery time is estimated to be 5 to 10 business days after the processing period. Please note that unforeseen circumstances or delivery address location may affect delivery times.

5. Delivery Updates: You will receive a notification via email or SMS regarding the status of your order, including tracking information (if applicable), to keep you informed about the delivery progress.

6. Delivery Requirements: Please ensure that the provided shipping address or pickup details are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information.

7. Delivery Attempts: Our delivery service will make reasonable attempts to deliver your package. If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to our store. In such cases, please contact our customer support team to make alternative arrangements.

8. Order Tracking: For home delivery orders, you can track your package using the provided tracking number on our website or through the designated courier service.

9. Shipping Charges:

• In-store Pickup: No additional charges apply for in-store pickups.
• Home Delivery: For orders under $100, a flat shipping fee will be applied. For orders over $100, home delivery is free within the designated delivery areas.

10. Delivery Damage or Issues: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 14 days of delivery, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. 

11. Delayed Deliveries: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or public holidays.

12. Delivery Eligibility: Home delivery is available only within the specified delivery areas. If your address falls outside this range, we encourage you to choose the in-store pickup option.
